I did something today that I don’t normally do.
Just a couple months back I started creating a business audit every single month, and today I sat down and really looked at all of my business audits for the past couple months.
And you know what I did, I eliminated a lot of places where I was spending so much money on. Now you might be sitting back and saying why would I even do that?

Scenario: Oh No! I’m new to business. I better read all the books, blogs and sites I can find!
How about…NOT? (or..yes please but in moderation) I learned it the hard way..
When solving any problem (physics, math or engineering and I’d believe it’s the same for other courses too), the starting point is always listing down what you know. You make a column of “Knowns”, re-read the questions and work with what you already know…correct?

Scenario: I don’t need to make a business plan, I’ll make changes as I go. YAY.
Problem: Uh..Let’s think about this for a bit.
Well, I’m an engineer. So, what if I say..”Hey! I’m going to build this car as we go YAY!” No plan needed, no cost estimate needed..wohoo.
So far so good.
But, what happens on the day I decide Bicycles are cooler than cars? Well, I can go in and add bicycle tires to my cars! Afterall, I have no blue print and I did say I was gonna build the car as I go.
